Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Adams insight LLC ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and interactive learning tools. We designed the site to minimize personal data collection by default and to give you clear choices.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. If you send us a message on /contact, we collect the fields you submit (name, email, message). The form is processed by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms). Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam; Google may process technical data to provide that service.
• Learning progress (local device only). We store your course progress and certain preferences in your browser storage (localStorage or sessionStorage). These values do not leave your device unless you choose to share a result.
• Certificate data (local device only). If you generate a certificate, your name and a certificate identifier are stored locally to render and re-open your certificate. You can delete this data at any time using the in‑app controls.
• Embedded tools. Some pages embed third‑party tools hosted on Hugging Face Spaces via sandboxed iframes. Content you type into those tools is processed by that third party. We prevent sending referrers and restrict iframe capabilities, but your direct input goes to that provider to power the tool.
• Analytics (consent‑based). We use Google Analytics 4 only if you give consent. When enabled, we track:
  • Page views and navigation patterns
  • Lesson starts and completions
  • Assessment scores and progress
  • Certificate generation, downloads, and social shares
  • Contact form submissions (anonymized)
  • Tool and interactive feature usage
  • Basic engagement metrics (scroll depth, time on page, clicks)
  All analytics are configured with IP anonymization, disabled Google signals, and disabled ad personalization to protect your privacy.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiries and deliver requested information.
• Operate and improve the course experience and site reliability.
• Understand usage trends and learning patterns to improve our educational content (only if you consent to analytics).
• Measure the effectiveness of our lessons, tools, and features.
• Identify technical issues and optimize site performance.

We never sell your data. Analytics data is used solely to improve the educational experience and is configured with privacy-first settings.

Where your information lives

• On your device: Course progress, preferences, certificate name/ID, and analytics consent are stored in your browser’s storage. You can clear these via in‑app controls (where provided) or by clearing your browser’s site data.
• With our host (Netlify): Contact form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms so we can read and respond.
• With third parties you use through embeds: Hugging Face Spaces receive the inputs you type inside embedded tools. We use security headers and sandboxing, but those inputs are handled by the tool provider to deliver the feature.
• Analytics (if consented): Google Analytics processes de‑identified usage data, with IP anonymization and ad signals disabled.

Legal bases (where applicable)

• Consent for analytics cookies/technologies.
• Legitimate interests to operate the site, respond to messages, and secure the service.
• Contract when we communicate to provide requested services or information.

Retention

• Contact submissions: retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain records, then deleted or anonymized.
• Local browser storage (progress, preferences, certificate): remains on your device until you clear it or use the provided delete/reset controls.
• Analytics: retained by Google per their GA4 retention settings, applied only if you consent.

Your choices

• You can accept or decline analytics. If you later want to change your choice, use the consent banner when presented again or clear site data to re‑prompt. You can also contact us for help.
• You can clear progress and certificate data using in‑app reset/delete options or your browser’s site data controls.
• You can choose not to use third‑party embedded tools. Where feasible, we provide direct links so you can open them in a separate tab.

Security

We use HTTPS and security headers (including a Content Security Policy, HSTS, and a strict Referrer‑Policy). Embedded iframes are sandboxed and use a no‑referrer policy. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data.

Children

Our site is intended for individuals 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

Our services may be operated from the United States. If you access the site from other regions, you understand information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here and adjust the effective date.
